So it has really been a while since my last post. I'm down 50 lbs to 208. I'm feeling so much better. I am upset with myself today. I had planned on going for a run this morning. I ended up not. The morning it tough to get up and get going. Especially after 5k yesterday. I'm hoping that I can do it tonight when I get home. Because I definitely need something today. I ate terrible yesterday and am working full time this week. I hope that I'm able to eat cleaner and healthy this week while I'm working. I really want to get down to 200. And then once I'm down to 200 its another 20 until my 180 goal. I saw a sheet that said for my height I should be between 140-167.. I never imagined ever getting to 180. Now that goal is in site. I can see it, I can grasp it. Can I do 167.. It might take longer but I think I might be able to!
Goals for the week,
1.) Eat Clean, non-processed foods
2.) No alcohol
3.) workout three times
4.) Get at least two runs in.
